Assignment 1: Project management
Due: Mon Oct 4 in class.
As the head chef at Junior’s Restaurant, you created the following list of tasks needed to make an onion omelette:
- Beat eggs (takes 1 minute)
- Rinse vegetables (takes 2 min)
- Chop parsley (takes 1 min, depends on task 2)
- Chop onions (takes 2 min, depends on 2)
- Cook eggs and onions in pan (takes 3 min, depends on 1 and 4)
- Fold omelette in half, cook (takes 1 minute, depends on 5)
- Arrange on plate, garnish with parsley (takes 1 minute, depends on 3 and 6)
- Clean pan and utensils (takes 3 minutes, depends on 6)
Answer all of the following questions.
